I have 4 years of training experience and specialize in deep stretching and pain management for office syndrome, using controlled movements and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, relieve back pain, and improve body balance.

HYERYEON HA

Instructor Victoria

a decade of my experience in Pilates training and anatomy, I specialize in muscle strength and flexibility improvement. Office syndrome is my main focus for improving, including posture, reducing muscle tension, and strengthening the body from the inside.

KIM SUYEON

With over 4 years of experience, I design Pilates sessions to boost core strength, flexibility, and muscle rehabilitation through targeted stretching and strength-building exercises for balanced recovery and overall wellness.

I studied rehabilitation for over 10 years and graduated last 2 years for dynamic long-term health. Focusing on core strength and fluid movement to improve body control, increase mobility, and restore balance. Besides that, dancing is my all-time favorite hobby.
